The University of Missouri System is accepting nominations for three annual faculty awards. These honors recognize excellence in teaching, research, service and engagement across the four UM universities.
- President’s Thomas Jefferson Award: Recognizes nationally or internationally acclaimed full-time faculty with at least 10 years of service. Includes a $10,000 award and the Thomas Jefferson Cup. Nominations are due Friday, Dec. 19.
- C. Brice Ratchford Memorial Fellowship: Honors faculty who advance the land-grant mission through extension, international education or agricultural economics. Includes a $4,000 stipend. Nominations are due Friday, Dec. 19.
- Curators’ Distinguished Professorships: Five-year appointments for outstanding scholars with national or international reputations in research and teaching. Includes a $15,000 annual stipend. Nominations are due Monday, March 2.
