Effective immediately, Emily Dilly, executive assistant in the provost’s office, will handle all international travel for faculty, staff and non-student travelers.

Please note:

  • Student international travel continues to be managed by Student Success in the assistant vice chancellor of academic achievement and enrichment office.
  • Travelers must fill out their own individual travel authorization form in PowerBi first. Group forms are not allowed. Once your travel authorization request is approved, you will receive an email with instructions for the trip registration process in Terra Dotta. Travel authorization forms should receive final approval at least 30 days prior to travel.
  • You must register, submit and receive registration approval for your trip on the international travel registry platform. The travel registration process must be completed at least 10 days prior to your departure. Missing any steps may result in the reversal of your travel approval or make you ineligible for reimbursement.
  • If you are traveling to a country designated as Level 3 or Level 4 risk level, the travel committee will review for approval and provide recommendations to be approved by the provost. Please plan accordingly and begin your travel preparations early.

If you have any questions, contact Dilly at emily.dilly@mst.edu or 573-341-4138.
