David Spivey, vice provost for enrollment management, will conclude his service at Missouri S&T on Friday, Oct. 31. A transition plan for enrollment management will take effect Saturday, Nov. 1.
Key changes include:
- Undergraduate admissions: Ashley Crilly will serve as interim vice provost for enrollment management. A national search for a permanent hire will begin immediately.
- Registrar: Steve Raper will serve as acting registrar through the end of the spring 2026 semester.
- Student financial services: Bridgette Betz, director, will report to Alysha O’Neil, chief financial officer. The vice provost for enrollment management will continue to advise on financial aid strategy, with O’Neil providing final approval.
- Graduate and international admissions: Jodi Hasekamp, director, will report to John Harris, interim vice provost for graduate education.
- International student and scholar services: The search for a new director is nearing completion. This office will transition out of enrollment management to report directly to the provost’s office. It will also coordinate international memorandums of understanding (MOUs), currently managed by Krista Chambers.
Effective Nov. 1, the vice provost for enrollment management will oversee five direct reports:
- Amy Smith, senior business operations associate
- Ashley Crilly, director of undergraduate admissions
- Denisha Smith, director of enrollment systems and admissions operations
- Sara McKee, director of enrollment management communications
- Pablo Alvarez Weber, enrollment management strategist.
These changes are designed to streamline responsibilities and allow the vice provost to focus on undergraduate recruitment and admissions.
