Donate kid-friendly food items to support Child Development Center students

Missouri S&T is hosting a food drive to support students at the Child Development Center and help address food insecurity. The drive runs from today (Monday, Oct. 27) through Monday, Nov. 10. Donations of shelf-stable, kid-friendly food items are encouraged.
Items can be dropped off at the College of Arts, Sciences, and Education dean’s office in Room 118 Fulton Hall. Any excess donations will be shared with the Miner Food Pantry to benefit the broader campus community.
Suggested donation items include:
- Applesauce
- Canned protein (chicken or tuna)
- Cereal and oatmeal
- Crackers (including graham and animal crackers)
- Freeze-dried or canned fruit
- Granola bars
- Macaroni and cheese
- Pasta and spaghetti sauce
- Peanut butter
- Rice
- Soups.
