Missouri S&T announces the recipients of the FY26 Strategic Impact Awards. This new program recognized 85 staff members for exceptional performance in one or more of the following areas:

• Customer service and support
• Improving operational effectiveness
• Contributing to a positive and productive environment.

Eligibility also required a performance rating of 2.5 or 3, with recommendations for awards submitted by division leaders for approval.

The awards are part of the FY26 salary and wage guidelines for full-time, benefit-eligible employees supported by general operating funds.
