Register for on-campus flu vaccine clinic

A flu vaccine clinic will be held Wednesday, Oct. 1, for employees, retirees and dependents age 7 and older who are enrolled in UM System medical plans. Vaccines are by appointment only.
What to do:
- Register online.
- Complete the consent form sent with your confirmation email.
- Bring your ID, insurance card and completed consent form to the appointment.
