September is National Recovery Month to promote hope and healing from mental health and substance use challenges. While supplies last, “Recovery is Possible” T-shirts are available from S&T student well-being for those who complete the 30-minute Collegiate Recovery Ally Training.

The training helps faculty, staff and students support those in recovery. To claim items, email Kayla Burns with your certificate and size. You will pick up your shirt in Room 201 Norwood Hall.

Students can also join Miners 4 Recovery, a counselor-led support group. Faculty, staff and community members may connect with Miners Recovery Fellowship for addiction support and fellowship. Visit wellbeing.mst.edu or sites.mst.edu/recovery for details.
