New reservation system now available

The events and hospitality management team is now using EMS for space reservations. Faculty and staff can use the system to:
- View available spaces.
- Submit setup and equipment requests.
- Make or review reservations at any time.
EMS currently manages reservations for the Havener Center, Innovation Lab Forum and Atrium, Leach Theatre and outdoor spaces. The Welcome Center will be added soon.
Academic classrooms are reserved through the registrar via the Academic Reservation Form.
