The Code of Conduct is a shared commitment to doing the right thing. Identifying and addressing potential conflicts of interest is one way we uphold that commitment. Conflicts of interest can arise when personal interests overlap with professional responsibilities. Recognizing and addressing these situations helps protect trust, fairness and transparency across the Miner community. If something feels off, share the concern with a trusted supervisor or use the hotline.
