Student Success is excited to update the campus community on the progress of Stellic and the proposed timeline for the upcoming phases of implementation.

Here is an overview:

  • Contract signed: Thursday, Nov. 28, 2024
  • Implementation start: Wednesday, Jan. 1
  • Target go-live (planner/pathway module for the College of Engineering and Computing first-year cohort): Friday, Aug. 1

After the initial launch, implementation will continue with the College of Arts, Sciences, and Education (CASE) and Kummer College first-year cohorts, aiming for a go-live by spring 2026. The care and advising module will follow for CASE and Kummer students in fall 2026, as well as the schedule builder and registration module for CEC first year cohort in fall 2026.

The next phase will focus on additional catalog implementation for current undergraduate students (sophomores, juniors and seniors), with a go-live planned for spring 2027.

Graduate programs will be onboarded with a go-live target of fall 2027. Throughout this process, Student Success will keep you informed with regular updates, particularly if any adjustments to the timeline are required.
