Employee resource group for professionals 40 and over to host estate planning session

The professionals 40 and over employee resource group will host a meeting at 10 a.m. Thursday, June 5, in Room 348 Toomey Hall. Scott McBride, a local attorney with Thomas, Birdsong, Mills & McBride P.C., will present on estate planning. Topics include will creation, wills versus trusts, power of attorney, the probate process and estate taxes.
A question-and-answer session will follow the presentation.
