S&T arts, languages, and philosophy will present a choir concert at 7 p.m. Friday, May 2, in Leach Theatre.
Student performance pieces will include “Sing Loud,” by Garrett Breeze, “Jubilate Deo,” by Michael John Trotta and “This Train,” a traditional spiritual arranged by Kirby Shaw. The concert will conclude with recognition of graduating seniors followed by “The Lord Bless You and Keep You,” by John Rutter. Lorie L. Francis, teaching professor of music, conducts the Missouri S&T Choirs.
Tickets are $5 for the public and free for youth ages 18 and under and Missouri S&T students with a valid ID. Tickets can be purchased online at leachtheatre.mst.edu or by calling 573-341-4219. Service fees may apply to tickets purchased online or by phone. Tickets can also be purchased at the Leach Theatre box office starting one hour before the performance.
