What inspired you to join Staff Council?
Jackie’s enthusiasm and dedication to Staff Council motivated me to get involved.
What is your role on Staff Council, and what responsibilities does it involve?
As the Staff Council treasurer, I help with the reconciliation of our accounts, give monthly reports and help with payments.
What advice would you give someone just starting at S&T?
Don’t be afraid to ask others for help with whatever you need along the way, and be patient with yourself and others.
What is one thing you absolutely must have at your desk and why?
Post Its — they keep my action items prioritized and organized, and I LOVE to rip them up when the task is completed.
What is something about you that most people don’t know—whether it’s unique, unexpected or just a little quirky?
I love being outside. I am very thankful for weekends and time off filled with camping at our property or the river. My favorite place to be is with family and friends sitting on gravel bar or around a fire.
