Missouri S&T and the University of Missouri System are implementing a new IT service management tool that will be available to campus on Monday, March 24. This new service will replace the current Cherwell ticketing system.

Why is the happening?
Missouri S&T and the University of Missouri System IT looked for an new help ticketing solution that would better serve the campus community. TeamDynamics (TDX) was the selected product to give improve experience when submitting help and service requests to the campus IT department.
What is coming?
TeamDynamix (TDX), a new ticketing system, will replace Cherwell and continue to provide self-service access to request help and services from IT.
When is it happening?
The planned go-live date for Missouri S&T to transition to TDX is Monday, March 24. Any existing tickets that are open in Cherwell will continue to be serviced through the Cherwell application. Any new service requests will be managed through the TDX client portal.
