Learn about the compensation and merit program next week

Join Lisa Cerney, director of business administration, and Cindi Nelson, chief human resources officer, for an overview of the University of Missouri System compensation program and a review of the history and current state of S&T’s merit pay program. Attendees will learn about the factors and information that influence the merit pool and provide feedback on program guidelines. This presentation will be offered in-person 1-2 p.m. Tuesday, April 8, in Room 115 of the Innovation Lab, and virtually 9-10 a.m. Wednesday, April 9.
