(TSMC) in Phoenix. Learn more about TSMC and its advanced packaging 3-4 p.m. Monday, March 17, in Room 121 Butler-Carlton Civil Engineering Hall.
Tang earned a doctorate in metallurgical engineering and materials science from S&T in 1996.
