All faculty are invited to participate in the spring commencement ceremonies. Please help demonstrate support and recognition for our graduates’ achievements by registering to attend.

• 6 p.m. Friday, May 16: Ph.D. candidates will be recognized.
• 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. Saturday, May 17: Bachelor’s and master’s candidates will be recognized, split by discipline. 

Your participation matters

• Show of support: Your attendance strongly conveys that the faculty stands behind our students.
• Official witnesses: As faculty, you serve as official witnesses to degree conferment.
• Community spirit: A strong faculty turnout reinforces S&T’s commitment to student success and our strong academic community. 

The university seeks feedback to enhance the commencement experience. Faculty are invited to complete a short survey to provide suggestions on improving their experience at the event. All input is valuable and contributes to making the ceremony better for everyone involved.

What you need to know

• Register to attend: Reserved seating for faculty is located on the arena floor so that you have a prime view of the ceremony.
• Attire: Full academic regalia is required for this event. Need to rent regalia? Order your apparel through The S&T Store by Wednesday, April 9.
