Staff celebrate milestones in January

The university presents the following benefit-eligible staff who have reached milestones in their career with a certificate honoring their contributions, beginning with five years of service. The following employees received milestone service recognition awards in January.

  • Michael Akin, police sergeant for University Police
  • Brianna Reddick, associate director of analytics for institutional effectiveness
  • Rhonda Sherman, senior business support specialist for the College of Engineering and Computing
  • John Whitchurch, engineer for civil, architectural and environmental engineering
  • Sarah White, program support services for engagement and belonging.

10 Years of Service

  • Brian Bullock, research engineering technician for materials science and engineering
  • James Wagner, mechanical trades specialist for facilities operations.

15 Years of Service

  • Melanie Keeney, director of engagement and outreach for marketing and communications.

20 Years of Service

  • Dawn Davis, business support specialist for chemistry.

30 Years of Service

  • Roger Parsons, senior construction manager for design and construction management.

40 Years of Service

  • Mitchell Cottrell, engineer for mechanical and aerospace engineering.
