Mulligan named PICC director

Dr. Phillip Mulligan, assistant professor of mechanical and aerospace engineering, was appointed director of the Product Innovation and Creativity Center (PICC) following a faculty vote in favor of his nomination. His appointment was endorsed by the donor, in accordance with the endowment terms.
