Join panel discussion on NTT promotion process tomorrow

A panel discussion on the promotion process for non-tenure track faculty will be held 11 a.m.-noon Tuesday, Feb. 25, in G-11 Curtis Laws Wilson Library, CAFE’s faculty development studio. Panelists will offer suggestions and answer questions on the non-tenure track promotion process.

Panelists include:

  • Dr. Merilee Krueger, teaching professor of psychological science
  • Dr. Jillian Schmidt, associate teaching professor of mechanical and aerospace engineering
  • Dr. Jeremy Watts, associate research professor of materials science and engineering
  • Dr. Melanie Mormile, professor of biological sciences, former associate provost for faculty affairs, and recent member of the NTT campus promotion committee.

The discussion is open to all teaching and research faculty; individuals who will participate in the next promotion cycle are especially encouraged to attend. Lunch will be provided for all attendees who register by Thursday, Feb. 20.
