Drop off food donations for Scouts by Friday

Last weekend, Scouts across the Rolla community went door-to-door hanging tags requesting food donations to be picked up this weekend. The donations will be distributed to local families who struggle with rising food prices. Thirty percent of the children who attend Rolla School District qualify for free and reduced lunches. These families need the community’s help.
If you aren’t leaving donations on your front step for our Scouts to pick up on Saturday, March 1, you may drop donations in the red, white and blue painted boxes, located in the Faculty and Staff Lounge in Toomey Hall or the lobby of Havener Center. Donations will be collected at the end of the day Friday, Feb. 28.
