On Saturday, Feb. 22, S&T will host the regional Science Olympiad competition, and volunteers are needed. Science Olympiad is the premier team STEM competition in the nation. It provides standards-based challenges to 6,300 teams at 425 tournaments in all 50 states. This competition encourages middle- and high-school students to get involved with STEM and the S&T community. Flexible scheduling allows you to choose your availability during the day. Volunteers will proctor or grade tests as needed.
Food will be provided.
For more information and to volunteer, contact S&T Science Olympiad Society officers Sarah Beetner or Collin McCord.
