MFA issues causing Canvas login distruptions

Microsoft has reported that the Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) call and text options are down at this time. They are working to resolve the issue.
The IT Help Desk is currently working to transition everyone to Multi-Factor Authentication through the application. This process is taking longer than expected, which has led to some students experiencing difficulties accessing Canvas. Yesterday, three classes were unable to take their tests due to these login issues.
Please be aware that these access problems may continue and consider having backup plans for assessments.
