Everyone wishes that the holiday season could be stressless, but since that’s not a realistic option, join the Staff Success Center the week before Thanksgiving to discuss ways we can stress less during the holidays.

- Managing family dynamics at 1 p.m.
Wednesday, Nov. 20
- Human resources monthly meeting with a guest from United Healthcare at 1 p.m.
Thursday, Nov. 21
- Managing stress at 10 a.m.
- Holiday meals on a budget at 1 p.m.
- Show-Me Series: Perks at 2 p.m.
