Student well-being invites faculty and staff to unwind and rejuvenate with a free yoga session 4:45-5:30 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 20, in the aerobics room in Gale Bullman. This class is open to all levels of experience and fitness and will be led by a certified yoga instructor. A limited supply of yoga mats will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.
The next session is Wednesday, Dec. 18.
