Inclusion and engagement invites you to engage in a craft and Native American dancing demonstration hosted by the Springfield Indian Center noon-1 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 14, at the Engagement House, located at 605 W. 11th Street. S&T’s executive chef, James Palen, will be featured as part of Chartwells Heirloom Project for Native American Heritage Month. In celebration, Chef James will make samples of his own family recipes for the event.
