Graduate education is excited to announce the five finalists for this year’s Three Minute Thesis (3MT) finale. You’re invited to support these students as they present their research at 5 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 7, in the Carver Room of the Havener Center or on Zoom. 

The finalists are: 

  • Mobashir Ahmed, a Ph.D. student in metallurgical engineering 
  • Jennifer Harrell, a Ph.D. student in biological sciences 
  • Aamir Iqbal, a Ph.D. student in mining engineering 
  • Omar Rinchi, a Ph.D. student in computer engineering 
  • Niloofar Zendehdel, a Ph.D. student in mechanical engineering.
