Do you have a technology that you would like to commercialize? Curious about entrepreneurship? Ever consider creating a start-up team? If so, you are welcome to join a free National Science Foundation I-Corps Awareness Workshop from noon-1:30 p.m. Monday, Oct. 14, in Room 265 of the McNutt Hall. NSF I-Corps empowers teams of scientists, engineers and researchers to understand the potential value of their technology and inventions in the market.
At this workshop, one can explore local, regional and national opportunities aimed at assisting faculty, researchers, students and entrepreneurs in gaining valuable insights into launching a business. There will also be information about the upcoming local I-Corps program, “Innovation to Impact: Missouri University of Science and Technology I-Corps,” beginning Monday, Oct. 21.
