Luks delivers keynote to Korean engineering educators

Dr. Christi Patton Luks, teaching professor and associate chair for academic affairs of chemical and biochemical engineering, presented a keynote address to the Korean Society for Engineering Education on Friday, Sept. 27. Her talk, “Educating Engineers for our Global Future,” focused on the growing demand for engineers amid declining birthrates and evolving societal needs.
Luks is currently president of the American Society for Engineering Education.
