In recognition of the DEA National Takeback Day, student well-being and University Police will hold a prescription take back event 11 a.m.-1 p.m. Friday, Oct. 25, in the atrium of Havener Center. Participants can drop off expired or unused medications. They will receive information about safe prescription drug disposal and learn about the prescription drug drop box locations. Participants will receive information on safe medication disposal, bottle locking caps and bags to deactivate medications before disposing.
