Kathleen German is an office support assistant for mining and explosives engineering. She has worked at S&T for 10 months.

What do you most enjoy about working at Missouri S&T? 
Meeting new people from all walks of life.

What is one piece of advice you would give to a new CEC staff member? 
If you are unsure of something, just reach out for help.  

What advice would you have for a struggling student? 
Relax. Take a deep breath. There are so many programs on this campus to help. Reach out to your faculty and student advisors for guidance.

What is something people may be surprised to learn about you? 
I spent 12 years in the U.S. Army.

If you could have any superpower, what would it be and why? 
My superpower would be the ability to make everyone laugh; after all, laughter is the best medicine.
