Whether you’re a new supervisor, a seasoned pro or someone who is wondering if a supervisory role is for you, join the Staff Success Center for the relaunch of the Supervisory Foundation Training Series.
The third session of the series is designed to facilitate understanding of the compensation system. Featured topics include the University of Missouri System compensation philosophy, compensation objectives, global grading system, job families, job code detail, classification process and S&T pay ranges.
Register in Percipio for one of two sessions:
- In-person: 10-11:30 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 17
- Virtual: 1-2:30 p.m. Thursday, Sept.19.
