Xiong Zhang presents keynote at the International Yuelu Symposium

Dr. Xiong Zhang, professor of civil, architectural and environmental engineering, was invited to give a keynote presentation, titled “Indefinability of Effective Stress for Unsaturated Soils,” at the inaugural International Yuelu Symposium. The symposium focused on “Geotechnical and Underground Engineering,” and was held on Tuesday, June 18, at Hunan University, Changsha, China.
