S&T student wins Top 10 Inspirational Women in Mining Ghana honor

Rosebella Osei, a Ph.D. student studying engineering management has been recognized as one of the Top 10 Inspirational Women in Mining Ghana. The honor was presented at the 2024 Women in Mining Ghana conference in June.
Osei, who moved to S&T’s Rolla, Missouri campus to begin her doctoral studies in January 2024, is studying engineering management and focusing on continuous improvement in mine operations. She examines change management strategies and considers how artificial intelligence and robotics could benefit mining.
