Missouri S&T Dining Services is excited to introduce three new team members.
Masum Kaisar, Senior Director of Dining Services: Masum has over 25 years of experience in food service with 15+ of those being in higher education and 8 years in retail for multiple national brands. He is very committed to providing great quality and service, as well as enhancing the overall student dining experience on campus. He enjoys collaborating with students and staff alike, to foster a sense of community, and ensure that Dining Services is responsive to the evolving needs of the campus community. In his free time, he loves to cook and BBQ, cheer on the Cardinals and Blues, and spend time with his sons. A fun fact about Masum is he loves to collect watches!
Becki Duncan, Director of Retail: Becki came to us with over 25 years of experience in food service and retail. She has held various roles as a general manager, district manager, and area manager, making her a great addition to our team. Her favorite thing about Missouri S&T so far is working with and serving the students. She has loved getting to meet and learn about so many people. In her spare time, you can find her hiking, reading, or spending time with family.
Eli McGuirk, Director of Catering: Eli brings over 10 years of experience in the hospitality industry to our team. His management and customer service experience fits perfectly into our catering department. Eli is a Rolla native, who grew up in Salem and then eventually found his way back. He enjoys spending time with his three nieces and three nephews as well as kayaking, camping, hiking, gardening, and playing video games.
All three are wonderful additions to our dining team, and they all look forward to meeting and working with everyone on campus. Make sure to stop by our office (or more likely, find them in the Food Court!) to say hello!
