Liu, Zhang present at international transportation conference

Dr. Jenny Liu delivers a keynote speech at the 7th International Conference on Transportation Infrastructure and Materials.
The 7th International Conference on Transportation Infrastructure and Materials was held on June 14-16, in Chongqing, China. Dr. Jenny Liu, James A. Heidman Professor of civil, architectural and environmental engineering, and Dr. Xiong Zhang, professor of civil, architectural and environmental engineering, were invited to give keynote presentations at the conference. Their talks were titled “Developing Stone Matrix Asphalt with Alternative Aggregates,” and “Recent Advances in Measuring Volume of Soil Specimen in Triaxial Testing.”
Additionally, Liu and Dr. Yuanming Lai, president of Chongqing Jiaotong University and member of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, served as co-chairs of the conference.
