Huang receives ISC investigator award

Dr. Frank Liou, director of the Intelligent Systems Center (ISC) and Michael and Joyce Bytnar Product Innovation and Creativity Professor in mechanical and aerospace engineering, presented Dr. Jie Huang, Roy A. Wilkens Endowed Associate Professor in Electrical and Computer Engineering, with the 2023 ISC Distinguished Investigator Award on Wednesday, March 20.
The ISC Distinguished Investigator Award honors an ISC member for an outstanding record of research grants, publications and mentoring of graduate students. Each year, the award committee selects the ISC Distinguished Investigator to receive an engraved plaque and $1,500 monetary award to be presented by the ISC director at a member meeting.
