Whether you’re a new supervisor, a seasoned pro or someone who is wondering if a supervisory role is for you, join the Staff Success Center for the relaunch of the Supervisory Foundation Training Series.
The first session of the series is focused on the transition to a supervisory or leadership position, including managing changes that occur as one progresses in the new role. The session will be 1-2 p.m. Thursday, June 20, on Zoom. Topics that will be covered include transitioning perspective, managing relationships, delegation, transition conversations, and leading your team and working with other teams for results. This training is one module of the S&T Supervisory Foundation Training Series certificate program; you can attend just this session or multiple sessions.
