After completing a software conversion, Rolla Municipal Utilities (RMU) wants customers to know about new ways to change services and pay utility bills:
- New and existing residential customers no longer need to stop by or email RMU to start, stop or transfer services. All customers can visit rmurolla.org and use the self-service portal by clicking on the button to add, disconnect or transfer service.
- Customers who previously paid bills through RMU’s old Paymentus online bill pay portal must set up automatic payments in the new RMU payment portal. To do this, visit rmurolla.org, click on the pay online button and follow the prompts. Customers will need their new RMU account and PIN numbers, which are on the May bill.
RMU has several customers with delinquent bills from March, April and soon-to-be May. RMU has waived late fees and the disconnect process for these accounts but will reinstate those soon. We encourage all customers to get their accounts current as soon as possible to avoid any interruptions in service.
