McManus prepares original audio course

John McManus, Curators’ Distinguished Professor of history, was recently selected by The Great Courses to prepare an audio course on the Normandy invasion. The company searches for talent among professors worldwide to prepare original courses. McManus’s course, titled “D-Day Revisited: The Invasion of Normandy,” is slated for release on Audible on Thursday, June 6, the 80th anniversary of the Invasion of Normandy. The course will feature six 30-minute lectures.
