Show your support and enthusiasm for incoming students by volunteering at the New Student Convocation on Friday, Aug. 16. Volunteers will receive a T-shirt to wear on the day of the event.

There are several volunteer roles and flexible time slots available:

• T-shirt champions: Distribute T-shirts to students completing their Project X experience outside the Havener Center. One-hour shifts are available beginning at 8 a.m.
• High-five heroes: Greet new students as they arrive at the Gale Bullman Building with a warm welcome and be a visible representation of our faculty and staff community during the event. This one-hour shift starts at 3:30 p.m.
• Set-up superstars and clean-up crew: Provide support to T-shirt Champions from 7:30-8 a.m. or help stack chairs after convocation 4:45-5:15 p.m.
