Dr. Mohamed ElGawady, professor and Alard and Sheri Kaplan Faculty Scholar, has spent his sabbatical year as a deputy lead of the Nuclear Portfolio in the Operational Energy-Innovation office, under the deputy assistant secretary of defense for energy resilience and optimization.
