Tickets are on sale now for the S&T’s student production of the musical “Cabaret.”
Performances will be held at 7 p.m. Thursday, April 18. and Friday, April 19, with a matinee at 2 p.m. Sunday, April 21. All performances will be in Leach Theatre.
“Cabaret” follows an American writer’s relationship with an English cabaret performer amidst the hedonistic nightlife at Berlin’s Kit Kat Klub. The musical is set in the twilight of the Jazz Age, with the Nazis rising to power over the course of the story. The book is written by Joe Masteroff with music by John Kander and lyrics by Fred Ebb.
Tickets are $15 for the public and $10 for Missouri S&T faculty, staff and students with a valid S&T ID. The musical contains mature content and adult language and is recommended for audiences age 17 and older.
Tickets can be purchased from the Leach Theatre Box Office starting one hour before each performance. Tickets can also be purchased in advance online at leachtheatre.mst.edu or by calling 573-341-4219. Service fees may apply to tickets purchased online. Purchasing tickets ahead of time is highly recommended as there is limited seating available for each performance.
