Did you know that you can report a barrier to accessibility on campus? This allows steps to be taken to ensure the barrier is removed, fixed, and managed or that barriers like this don’t happen again in the future.
Examples of barriers include:
• A broken elevator or automatic door
• An inaccessible website
• A blocked or broken ramp or curb cut
• A video without captions
• Lack of access to an event or program
Filling out the form is quick and easy and can be done anonymously. Submission of this form does not constitute a formal complaint, grievance, or request for academic or workplace accommodation. Its intent is only to assist in identifying and addressing barriers to access.
