Since 2004, Tom has trained almost one million people worldwide at some of the largest companies, such as Coca-Cola, Apple, and Nike, on how to build a Culture of Connection within their organization. Through his work, he holds an unprecedented 7 National Speaking Titles. He is a TEDx speaker, held a Guinness World Record, and sat on the boards for the NYC Entrepreneurs’ Organization and the NYC National Speaker’s Association.

Organizations, both small and large, such as the U.S. Military, have hired Tom to train and deploy his award-winning program, Dance Floor Theory methodology, to increase community member engagement and retention rates.
