Dr. Michael Bruening’s Medieval History class will display posters of the process of creating illuminated manuscripts of the Middle Ages. You’re invited to view the posters noon-2 p.m. Friday, April 26, in the Meramec-Gasconade Room of the Havener Center. The students will also unveil their creation of a decorated page of “Beowulf” on genuine parchment. Bruening is a professor of history and political science.
This event is sponsored by the history and political science department and the Center for Science, Technology and Society.
