Join the Missouri Center for Transportation Innovation for a talk on the resilience of coastal reinforced concrete structures by Dr. Ruben Paul Borg, professor of structural and materials engineering at the University of Malta and Fulbright Scholar at Missouri S&T. The talk will be 3-4:30 p.m. Monday, April 29, in Room 101 Butler-Carlton Civil Engineering Hall and via Zoom.
