The Kummer Center for STEM Education will host around 800 elementary students on campus on May 14th. This outreach event aims to ignite young minds to the possibilities of STEM and bring many students to S&T for their first-ever college visit!
We are still looking for activities to engage with these students. Activities to not need to be complicated, everything we do has STEM involved (think about the physiology and physics behind kicking a ball for example). To sign up to offer an activity, tour, demo, etc… please fill out this form: https://forms.gle/JqhafwqSBR82U4N38
We are also still looking for volunteers to assist with managing the day. With 800 students on campus, it takes a lot of assistance to make the day successful. Are you able to help? If so, please fill out this form: https://forms.gle/gccAfdTNhM1tpofk9
