In a significant milestone event that transpired on March 21, Missouri S&T celebrated the completion of the renovation of its oldest campus tunnel, marking a moment of reflection and progress for the university community. Prior to the commencement of demolition, there was a poignant opportunity to pay homage to the rich history that adorned the walls of this iconic passageway.

As the university bid farewell to the old tunnel, the Bangladeshi Student Association (BSA) stood at the forefront of this historic moment, ensuring that the essence of the tunnel’s history was preserved and celebrated. In a symbolic gesture of unity and heritage, BSA, along with other Registered Student Organizations (RSOs), marked the tunnel with the sacred flag of Bangladesh, representing their collective identity and legacy within the Missouri S&T community. Bidding farewell to the old, BSA will be a part of this historic moment by joining in sustaining the essence of this tunnel’s history, leaving our mark within & beyond in creating a legacy that will endure long even after the dust has settled with other RSOs to be one as S&T on which a new/larger tunnel is being constructed where we are a part of the firm foundation sparkling our flag and faith.

BSA, alongside its RSO counterparts, left an indelible mark within and beyond the tunnel, creating a legacy that would endure long after the renovation. Together, they stood as one with Missouri S&T, contributing to the foundation of a new and larger tunnel that symbolized progress and growth. By leaving their marks on the materials of the foundation, they ensured that their presence and contributions would inspire future generations of students and leaders.
