The University of Missouri-St. Louis (UMSL) is hosting the annual Focus on Teaching and Technology Conference, a Midwest regional conference that brings together faculty and staff involved in course and curriculum development or academic technology support. This two-day conference will house virtual sessions on Thursday, Oct. 3, and Friday, Oct. 4, building on the flexibility and accessibility allowed by that format.
The conference features a keynote speaker, faculty innovation idea-sharing, technology workshops, and vendor presentations. The goal of the conference is to share ideas, leverage technology and learn collaboratively across disciplines and institutions.
A session can be a 5-minute tool demonstration, 25-minute information session, 50-minute interactive session or 90-minute workshop specific for beginner or advanced audiences.
Proposals are due Tuesday, April 30. Submit a proposal.
